the place the appartment is located is perfect; all we need (beautiful beach, center, rastaurants, shops, market) is nearby the owner is very nice; the interior of the appartment is cosy; it is very nice there; any problems have been solved immediately :) :)

We (me, my husband, our baby) spent around 7 days in the apartment. The renters are nice, the house is super central and you get a free parking opportunity. The appartment is ok but the equipment in the kitchen a little poor and lacks "love". For one week we received one roll of toilet paper and the shower rack was almost falling down. It seems as if only the raw necessities were covered but not more. A real downfall was the noise at night. Downstairs there is a little bar with superloud music until after midnight and I couldn't sleep without earplugs...all in all "ok", but really nothing special.

jeleztük érkezésünket 2 órás intervallumban és fél órát kellett várnunk az apartman elfoglalásáig. Csak a tulajdonos fia beszélt angolul, aki nem tartózkodott a közelben. 0. Egy kulcsot kaptunk, az ajtót zárni kellett, mert nem lehetett kilinccsel becsukni, , két napba telt míg kaptunk mégegy kulcsot. 4 fő egyszerre tudta csak elhagyni a lakást. 0. A konyha minimálisan van felszerelve, 4 személyre. Nincs mikró, a főzőedények agyonhasználtak. A teflonserpenyőt ki kellene dobni. Nem volt egy olyan kés, ami éles lett volna, ez újabb többszöri kérés két nap alatt teljesült. A terítő penészfoltos. 0. Nincs szemetes zsák, felmosó, söprü, lapát, mosogató eszközök. 0. Az alvást az egyik szobában a ház előtti bár hangszóróiból éjfél utánig harsogó zene, a másikban a szomszédos hotel tetejére szerelt klímakompresszor folytonos zaja akadályozza. 0. A szoba wi-fi eléréssel van meghirdetve, de a szolgáltatás nem működik. Már érkezésünkkor megmutatták, hogyan kell újraindítani, /nekünk???!!!!/ de két nap után egyáltalán nem működött, ezt hiába jeleztük többször is. Hat éjszakát töltöttünk itt. 0. Az egyik szobában zárlatos a konnektor, az olvasólámpában nincs izzó, a lámpák mellett nem lehet olvasni az ágyban, általában minden lámpa minimális fényerősségű. A fürdőszobai tükörnél is ki van égve az egyik izzó. 0. Van egy házirend, aminek betartása nem valósul meg a többi lakó részéről. 0. Az ár nem arányos a kapott szolgáltatással. 0. a kétszemélyes takaró nem jó ötlet. Rossz érzésünk van, ezt mind leírni, de sajnos a szép tengerpart nem elég.

Na stránke sme si chceli objednať iné ubytovanie , ale je to trochu neprehladné a objednali sme si iný apartmán ako sme chceli . Samotný apartmán čistý , ale poškodené WC , neboli na izbe nožíky čím krájať , doska na rezanie , slabšie vybavenie kuchyne . Nefungovala klimatizácia , ale nám ju opravili . Určite by pomohlo aj keby boli na izbe nejaké info materiály , letáky o Novom Grade. Ale čo bolo veľmi zlé je to že pred oknami je bar kde hrá hudba do 01:00 ráno a potom tam sedia hostia a bavia sa do 03:00 a to je katastrofa . Nemáte šancu sa vyspať . Absolútne nedoporučujem pre rodiny s deťmi lebo hluk z hudby je tak hlučný že sa nedá spať a po vypnutí hudby hostia sedia ďalej a bavia sa. Toto bolo jediné miesto kde hrala hudba tak dlho do noci . Nikde inde také miesto v Novom grade nebolo .
